What the site measures, with what, for how long, and how to change your mind.

Who is responsible
This site is mine: Térence Mbu, independent developer. For any question about your data, write to me at mbu.terence@gmail.com.
What the site measures
Only if you accept, Google Analytics counts page views, where the visit comes from (Google, LinkedIn, a link), the country, the type of device, and a few actions: opening the booking calendar, using a tool, clicking a contact link. I use it to know which pages are useful and which channels bring clients. Nothing is used for advertising, and nothing is sold.
If you decline, or don't answer, nothing is measured and the site works the same.
The cookies set
| Name | What it does | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| _ga | Recognizes the same visitor from one page to the next, without knowing who they are | 13 months at most |
| _ga_XEL1ZYGHQ1 | Follows the current visit | 13 months at most |
Your choice itself is kept in your browser, not in a cookie, for 13 months. Measurement data is kept for 14 months in Google Analytics, then deleted.
Google Analytics is a Google service, which may process this data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which Google has joined.
Booking a call
The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com. What you enter there (name, email, message) is only used to arrange the call. Cal.com may set its own cookies, needed for the booking.
The site's tools
The app brief keeps your answers in your browser until you send it. When you send it, the brief goes out by email (through Resend), to you and to me, and I only use it to reply to you. The Webflow site cost tool sends me nothing.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what concerns you by writing to me at mbu.terence@gmail.com. If my answer doesn't satisfy you, you can contact the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
