Every URL on your site, in one list

Before you migrate or rebuild a site, you need to know which URLs it has. The sitemap is not enough: it often misses pages that still get visits. Paste your files, and the tool combines every URL into one list and shows you the ones your sitemap misses.

Everything happens in your browser: nothing is sent, and no sign-up is needed.

Your sources

Paste or drop what you have. One source is enough to start; the more you add, the more complete the list.

Open your-site.com/sitemap.xml, then copy the whole page.

In the Designer, open the CMS, pick a collection, then “Export”: you get a CSV file. Enter the collection's folder, for example /blog.

In Search Console: Performance, 16-month range, Pages tab, then Export. Keep the pages file.

A crawl result (Screaming Frog, for example), pages from the Search Console Links report, or URLs you noted by hand. One URL per line.

In Webflow: Site settings, Publishing, 301 redirects, then Export. The tool carries them into your redirect files, with no chains.

Why the sitemap is not enough

A migration loses search traffic for one reason only: a URL that existed no longer does, and nobody had written it down. On a migration of 143 URLs, a 144th lived outside the sitemap. And a site still on its .webflow.io address may have no sitemap at all.

Each source sees part of the site. The sitemap lists what the site declares. The CMS lists what exists, even when no link leads to it. Search Console lists what Google shows, with clicks. Together, they give the full list.

Where to find each file

The sitemap
At your-site.com/sitemap.xml. On Webflow, it's generated in Site settings, SEO tab, “Auto-generate sitemap”. If it points to other sitemaps, paste each one.
CMS exports
In the Webflow Designer, CMS panel, one collection at a time, “Export” button. The file has a “Slug” column: that's the end of each URL. The start is the collection's folder, shown in its template settings.
Pages Google shows
Performance report, 16-month range (the maximum), Pages tab, then “Export”. The pages file gives each page and its clicks. The export stops at 1,000 rows: on a large site, those are the 1,000 pages with the most clicks.
Another list
A full crawl, for example with Screaming Frog (free up to 500 URLs), and the Search Console Links report: a page can get links from other sites without a single click.
Existing redirects
In Webflow: Site settings, Publishing, 301 redirects section, “Export” button. The tool converts Webflow wildcards and never creates chains: an old URL goes straight to its final destination.

One decision per URL

The list is the migration's contract: by the end, every row needs its answer. In 95% of cases, the decision is “keep”. Only remove a page if it has no traffic, no inbound link and no use, all three at once. And never redirect everything to the homepage: Google treats it as a missing page.

Frequently asked questions

Are my files sent anywhere?
No. Everything is computed in your browser, and the page sends me nothing. What you paste is kept on this device so you can come back later; “Clear everything” deletes it.
My site has no sitemap. What do I do?
Start from the CMS exports and Search Console, and add a crawl under “Another list”. That's actually when the tool helps most.
How many URLs can the tool handle?
Several thousand. The list shows 50 rows at a time, and the files always contain every URL.
Why doesn't the tool visit my site itself?
So that nothing leaves your browser: a browser can't read another site on its visitor's behalf without going through a server. The crawl stays a separate step. It records what the tool can't see, such as status codes and titles.
